GExcel
Turn a Google Drive folder of product photos and videos into a ready-to-import Excel catalog — automatically.

Many online sellers store product photos and videos in Google Drive and need those files as public links in a spreadsheet to bulk-upload to their storefront. Doing this by hand means opening each file, changing its sharing settings, and copy-pasting a link into a spreadsheet — one at a time, for every photo and video. GExcel automates that entire process.
Why we ask for Google Drive access: GExcel reads your Drive folder and file names/types so you can browse and select them in the app, and — only for the specific files you choose to include — changes their sharing setting to "anyone with the link can view," which is required to generate working links. We never read the contents of your files, never access files outside the folder you choose, and never modify or delete anything in your Drive.
How it works
- 1
Sign in with Google
Connect your own Google Drive account. GExcel only requests access to Drive — nothing else.
- 2
Pick a folder
Browse your Drive like normal and choose the folder that holds your product subfolders — one subfolder per product.
- 3
Review your files
GExcel shows every image and video it found, already checked. Uncheck anything you don't want included.
- 4
Download the Excel sheet
GExcel makes only your selected files viewable via link, then generates an .xlsx with one row per product and a column for each image/video link.
